The CICC Discovery Tool™ provides a simple, convenient way of keeping current on
a child's development. It involves taking questionnaires on current skills and
behaviors, the child's medical, birth and family conditions. The questionnaires
cover important matters such as a child's ability to move their body, use their
senses, communicate and get along with others, learn and think, and to take
care of him/herself. There are 11 questionnaires by age:
