• The Encourager Partner becomes affiliated with CICC, a nationally respected parenting education organizations that for over thirty years has been helping millions of parents to be more effective and peaceful in raising children.

• When the partner's members, clients, patients, staff, customers or subscribers use the Discovery Tool, they receive the Seven Basic Benefits and are likely to feel grateful to the partner who introduced them to these benefits. These individuals also learn how they can utilize CICC's many other parenting education and continuing education services and materials, including parenting classes and seminars, and professional training conferences, courses and workshops.

• When the Encourager Partner is a health care provider, or other professional or organization that conducts developmental screenings as part of their work, their successful encouragement of parents to use the CICC Discovery Tool can make their developmental screening more efficient and effective.

  This would be so if they asked the parents who used the Tool to bring the Result Pages to them. These Result Pages document that a developmental screening has taken place, and indicate whether a child has any developmental delays, potential behavior problems or has been exposed to conditions that place the child at risk for future difficulties. It further suggests whether formal evaluation and treatment are in order.
